All your basic hotel needs are here. Spacious rooms, good AC, clean sheets and towels, and nice lighting. Just a few minutes away from the airport and accessible to most of the local shops. Just a few recommendations: 1. Windows. While the room we booked is secure from prying eyes, we didn't get much of a view because there were no windows. We got a wall with curtains and a hole of what used to be a placeholder for an air conditioning unit. Not recommended for those who are claustrophobic. The room is currently called "matrimonial smart". In it's current form, it could really use a different name like "conjugal confinement deluxe" (kidding). 2. Bed. The bed was stiff as hell. It is very uncomfortable and is like sleeping on a flat rock. Please replace this as soon as possible. 3. Creature comforts. Just a small fridge would be nice. The staff are very nice, accommodating, and spoke clear english and tagalog.

You know... I'm not sure I liked this place. The room was very big and clean. Seems expensive for the shower being broken and luke warm. The "free" breakfast was salty and gross both days. The tv didn't work and I left thinking I will try another place next time. Felt very secure and safe though.

Amazing place! Was so accommodating to me and my team for Balikatan 2023. I hope we can stay again soon. You will not be disappointed with your stay. The entire staff was very courteous and polite. Especially, Nicole!…she went above and beyond to ensure my team and I had everything we needed for a relaxing stay!

It was great and the people working there are nice. The foods they serve for breakfast is so good. Their rooms are also great. Also the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and stuffs nearby.

The wifi is great, the room is neat and clean, and also, they have free breakfast in which you are free to choose. Truly a wonderful and affordable place to stay the night.

I don't know what it is but recently it seems hotels don't understand that they must provide hot water to the guests for showers and baths. We upgraded our room from the standard to the Maganda Suite to get a king bed. The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and even a tub. Small kitchenette and a dining table and bench that served as a couch. Although the room was large and clean, the bed was as hard as a rock. The table and chairs had to take the place of my office as I worked through the night. There was no cushion and it really hurt over time. The internet was spotty for me as I lost connection multiple times in my video conference. All that was ok until I went to take a shower. Over 10 minutes waiting for hot water and still nothing. I called down to the front desk who offered to have the kitchen bring me two cups of hot water complimentary. After that frustrating moment I waited another 5 minutes and got a trickle of hot water in the shower but still none in the tub. What's the purpose of a big tub and no hot water. The breakfast wasn't good at all and was the lowlight if the stay. The one positive is this, outside of Joyce Palace on the beach, there is no better place to stay in Iloilo. For foreigners, lower your expectations and it will be just fine.
